Professional verifier workbench

The verifier workbench is shared with Accounting Workspace, but IDP teams use it at higher volume and with more document types.

Important IDP expectations:

• productivity mode is available immediately;
• header and line modes are separate;
• OCR region selection can rewrite a selected field;
• AI assistant is collapsed until needed;
• two-monitor mode is visible for verifier factories;
• large line tables must remain usable with keyboard-first controls.

AI Learning specialist

AI Learning is internal/product governance, not a normal archive or accountant screen. The AI Learning role sees the training/evaluation workspace and nothing else.

This workspace covers:

• approved training samples;
• golden dataset coverage;
• field-level accuracy;
• provider bake-off;
• local OCR teacher/student learning;
• model/prompt/rules release gates;
• publish and rollback readiness.

Quality guarantee owner

Quality Engine turns OCR performance into a product promise. It should not be just a dashboard number. It must answer: what field is weak, which provider regressed, what QA sample is needed, and whether the SLA is safe.

Integration admin

The integration admin owns intake connectors, API routes, ERP exports, retries, and operational health.
