Finance director guide

Finance director is a senior approval and finance oversight role. It is used when invoices, suppliers, bank details, or risk rules require a higher decision level.

Approval examples

  • invoice total exceeds 10,000 EUR;
  • supplier bank account changed;
  • payment due date is suspiciously short;
  • duplicate invoice detected;
  • manual override requested by accountant;
  • line item belongs to executive approval category.
