Where do I download purchased products?
Downloads will be provided through the Bitlogika shop or customer delivery flow.
Can I use a product in a test environment?
This depends on the product plan. Trial and development usage rules will be documented per product.
Does NopBridge use AI?
NopBridge can use AI-assisted mapping when the Bitlogika AI gateway or direct AI configuration is enabled. The mapping should still be reviewed by an administrator before a real import.
Can I import XLSX files?
Yes. NopBridge supports XLSX in the same import workflow as CSV, JSON, and XML sources where the connector is configured.
Can product images come from a different source than the product file?
Yes. Product data can come from one source, while pictures can be mapped from URLs, file system paths, FTP/SFTP, Drive or SharePoint references, or object storage paths when configured.
How are duplicates handled?
Use a stable source identity such as external ID or SKU. On repeat runs, NopBridge should update existing imported records instead of creating duplicates.
How do I contact support?
Use the support channel provided with your purchase. Include product version, environment details, and a clear description of the issue.
Are docs available in other languages?
The initial documentation language is English. Additional languages can be added later.
