Common issues

Use this page to diagnose common product and setup problems.

Product is installed but not visible

Check that the application was restarted after installation and that the plugin is marked as installed in the admin area.

License activation fails

Check the license key, server internet access, and product name. If the issue continues, collect the error message and product version.

Import or processing fails

Start with a small file or a single record. Confirm that required fields are present and that mapping rules match the input data.

AI mapping returns only fallback suggestions

Check:

  1. Bitlogika API connection.
  2. AI gateway configuration.
  3. License plan permissions.
  4. Source schema sample values.
  5. Server network access.

If the UI says Heuristic fallback, review the mapping more carefully because a real AI response was not used.

Duplicate products are created

Check:

  1. The mapping uses a stable duplicate key.
  2. SKU or external ID is present in every source record.
  3. The second run uses the same source identity.
  4. Source values are not changing format between runs.

Images do not import

Check:

  1. The picture source is reachable from the server.
  2. File paths are valid for the server, not only for the administrator workstation.
  3. URL images return HTTP 200.
  4. FTP, SFTP, Drive, SharePoint, S3, or Blob credentials are valid.
  5. The profile allows image import.
